They really need to fix their problems. This is very frustrating.

Could you have just run into the cave maintenance? It goes offline every day at 3 AM EST for about an hour or so.

Possibly. I started trying to log on at 12:30 am PST and didn't finally make it on until 2:00 am PST. If it was down for two hours, that is an awful lot of maintenance. And the site still crashs and drags.
