Except for a split... not so easy to come by and the really really hard to come by gold/silver/paper etc.... How do I get those?

Just gotta be fast like lightning on refreshing the page (f5) and clicking. Took me literal weeks to get any rare ones, except for a gold that a friend bred for me.
