Author’s Notes: this is set in an AU where the Impala did not get reamed by the semi, John didn’t make the same deal with the Demon in the show, and never told Dean the secret revealed in “Hunted.”
Tagline: Dean is torn between who he is and what he does, and finally realizes where he wants to be. Also, a hunter returns with both Winchesters as his prey, only to have things go very very wrong.
