Hurt Dean picspam!

I have been holding off on this picspam for awhile to make sure it was done right. I got my wish a few weeks ago when Dean got shot by Evil Sammy. Heh. Lots of injuries, angst, and pain ahead! I am dedicating this picspam to the sweet lizard_22 who had asked me weeks ago for something like this-not knowing it was already in the works. I hope you enjoy sweetie!
