Let's get our thinking caps on and come up with some fun categories in which we can then nominate Supernatural!

We (TVGAL & her Readers) have a lovely little co-dependent relationship. But that's not to say you always agree with me. All season long I haven't been in love with "Heroes" and you have. And then I thought the finale was not so bad actually and you HATED the finale. I don't talk enough about "Supernatural" or "Battlestar Gallactica." And I can be maddeningly focused on one show (see Anatomy, Grey's).

That's why once a year I turn my column completely over to you.

Drum roll please ... this is the official kick off of the 2007 Amy Awards. What are the Amy Awards? I'm so glad you asked. You control every aspect of the awards. You pick the categories. You pick the nominees. And you pick the winners. Me? I simply tally the results.

First you have to decide on the 12 Amy Award categories. You have until Thursday, June 7 at 5 p.m. ET to email me at amytvgal@zap2it.com with your suggestions for the 2007 Amy Awards categories. From your suggestions, I will pick the 12 most popular ones.

Here's the schedule for the 2007 Amy Awards:

June 4, 2007 – Announcement of the Amy Awards, call for categories June 11, 2007 – Announcement of the Amy Awards categories, call for nominations June 18, 2007 – Announcement of the Amy Awards nominees, voting begins June 25, 2007 – Announcement of the Amy Awards winners

Now remember this isn't the award show for your typical categories such as Best Actress, so be creative and be fun. To get you started, here's a sample category from a previous Amy Awards -- Floor, Please Give Me My Jaw Back or Most Shocking Moment, You Can Say That Again or Best Quote, I Wouldn't Buy That If It Was on Sale or Worst Story line or Plot Twist, and I Don't Love to Hate You, I Just Hate You or Worst Character.

So let's get this party started. These are your awards so hear let's hear you roar. Let's celebrate the 2006-2007 television season. Send me your 2007 Amy Awards category suggestions by June 7, 2007 at 5 p.m. PT.

i'm done .... erm, obtaining all of FW! it's on my to-do list somewhere to rewatch all the eps and cap them properly. in the meantime, i've made some drive-by caps to make sure my files were all all right. so, here we go....
