I'm about 80% sure that sunrise and sunset eggs are the same, it's just the time of day that they hatch that matters. Might be wrong though. * waits for someone to correct her*

Yes the sun eggs are the same as the sunrise and sunset hatchlings. It just depends when they hatch on what they will be or at least that's a theory. So you won't know it until hatches what it will be.
