It does get tiring seeing him paired with lukewarm "love interests". Sorry, but most rational women (and a fair number of men) would be more than lukewarm to have that man around.

I don't get it, either, and not just because it's Sebastian. I think some of us have talked about this before, but it bears repeating: who casts these people together?

I thought it was the casting director's job to find people who clicked together, whether it's a romance or an action-filled buddy flick. I've seen so many movies that could have moved beyond the ordinary (good scripts, good premise) had their leads been properly cast. Conversely, I've seen movies where the leads had virtually nothing to work with but still managed to make the movies worth watching.
