Question about movie "The Hitcher"

fandomaniaAt one point early in the movie Jim and Grace are at a gas station trying to find the nearest motel. The cashier tells them that the nearest motel is in Tatum and that Tatum is (blank) miles north of there.
My question is this: Does anyone remember how far Tatum is from the gas station. I'm writing a Hitcher fan fic and I'm trying to use that information in my fic. If anyone know that would be great. Thanks!
