I'm guessing the guy next to him is the lead, but he looks down right dumpy in his jacket compared to Neal.

Hmm, I'm not sure which I like more, how sharp Neal looks in that suit or his sexy voice in the interview. ;)

Seriously though, I love how down to Earth he always seems in interviews. He's not trying to act cool or show off, he's just being a genuinely nice guy with only good things to say about the people he works with. And as attractive as hip and edgy "bad boys" can be, I think I like the honest, open and good natured thing Neal has going on even better.

He's just so happy to be working that he has no ego at all. He's so humble and very giving. And someone who is truly happy will be like that.

I would love to interview him. I bet he'd talk all day if given the chance. I love the way he brightens up when he talks about his family. You don't see that too often in Hollywood.
