I'd be cautious on that. According to the podcast, he said he doesn't do any of that. The only thing he does have is the 211.me.com app but nothing has been done. He said on that interview he doesn't know how and someone else was supposed to get it going.

I've heard about too many people pretending to be stars on twitter.

I'm not saying it isn't, I'm just being my usual cautious self. :p

Yes. That is him. I posted this on my live journal months ago. It really is him. The man he refers to in his few comments @211me is responsible for iphone apps and was making one for Neal when he was on Desperate Housewives. He posted a picture with his tweet. And yup, it was Neal. ;D
