Very much so - but he just "died" three weeks before hand. Do you think the two of them took pictures before hand and she superimposed the picture btw?

But this is a flashback, right? So if it's the same guy, he'd be a vampire who would have known Coraline back when she married Mick, or possibly before that. Erm, well, I don't know, I may be talking nonsense now... I really have to watch the eppy again, 'cos i missed some of the dialogues.

Well, if it is the same vampire guy... maybe he was Coraline's lover when she met Mick and she tossed him aside thinking Mick would be with her for the rest of her life?

It'd be quite interesting to get to know more about Coraline's life, you know.. things like how come Mick married her without knowing what she was, and well, why she married him, if she was so resistant to his presence in the beginning.

I don't think she was necessarily resistant to him, I think she was testing him. But it would be nice to know more about her, and especially why she took Beth.

I'm dying to know why she took Beth. I keep thinking it's got something to do with the blood connection Beth is supposed to find out about on one of the next episodes.

Ah, yeah, and I think you're right, Coraline is more like teasing Mick, trying to see how far he'd go, rather than being resistant to him.

It wouldn't surprise me. Since the photo's lied about him being there at the time of the fire - I wouldn't put it past Coraline to have somehow managed to superimpose them, after all being a photographer, she'd have the skills for photoshopping things.
