People want their Mick at night... and in the daytime... and, heck, whenever else they please. And yet thus far, the avid fans of CBS' short-lived Moonlight have been frustrated by the lack of a release date for a DVD set. Further exacerbating the sorry sitch is the fact that a November Region 2 (aka European) release was announced while Statesiders were left in limbo.
But the long wait may be about to end for us Yanks.... Earlier this week in an online chat with DVD enthusiasts, reps for Warner Home Video advised Moonlight fans to "stay tuned for good news you can really sink your teeth into in the next month."
The good news: It sounds like a firm U.S. DVD release soon will be announced. The bad news: Dollars to donuts, the discs you are so blood-thirsty for won't be on shelves in time for the holidays, but rather just before or after New Year's. — Matt Mitovich, with additional reporting by David Lambert
