Hey folks, this is my first post, so hullo from the extremely frozen Great White North (aka Toronto, Ontario, Canada). *waves*

I hate to do this here but I can't seem to find any other way, so please feel free to delete it.

I would like to speak to one of the mods about maybe affiliating with our community for Something Wicked, the Supernatural Fan Gathering happening out in Richmond, BC, this October. You can find us at spn_fangather07 and I can be contacted at rockgoddes1 at rogers dot com.

By the way, I'm glad this community exists...I'm 43 and was starting to feel like I was the only "older" person out here who was such a big fan of the show.

dude, i'm 36... and there are people on my flist who are early 40s as well. :D

i'll see what the other mods have to say, but right now we're gathering a list of comms to affiliate with, so at leat i'll keep you in mind. :D

I'm 36 too (a few days before Trystan - well a month and a half but who is counting)

I read someplace during thte first season that SPN was trendign "too Old" for the WB so ther emust be a whole bunch of us out there.

Im 37, and was also very happy to find this community. I was beginning to think I was the oldest person on LJ, not to mention Supernatural fan. Im hoping to get some friends on my flist that are closer to my age, its pretty thin in general right now. (but thats beside the point, Im rambling) sorry. *blushes*

Gosh... It's such a great feeling to be amongst SPN fans my own age. I'm 38 - going on 39 - and even though I do have a bunch of people my own age on my flist, they're all from another fandom. When I first joined the SPN fandom, I felt like an old geeser, which is totally wrong when you think about it and I'm sure all of you will agree.

And the worst part is, I don't even feel guilty about perving over Sam and Jared the way I do. I can't help it! And if I could get either one of them in my bedroom, the age difference definitely wouldn't matter... *sighs*
