Spent the brunch hour ninja-clicking, so its time for my daily posting. :) I wait with bated breath to see all the pretty Valentine eggs hatch and grow up!

As a side note, one thing I don't undertand, as I'm new to this... How does one give a dragon to a friend? I've seen various posts suggesting this is somehow possible. I assume it is something like putting the egg/hatchling into the AP and the friend grabs it? Or is there a way to give them directly so you don't risk losing them? I'm not looking to get rid of any right now, but it would be nice to know for the future...

You can look on the DC forum for a more in-depth explanation, but basically you "trade" like this:

Say I have an egg I'm going to give you. First i give you the code, then you open a new window and put in the address: www.dragcave.net/abandoned/CODE.

Then you coordinate the drop with the other person via instant messaging or chat and it goes something like this:

me: I'm going to drop. Ready?
you: yes. (puts finger on the "trigger" (F5) to start refreshing like mad)
me: okay, count of two
me: *wait*wait*wait*
you: *refreshing like a mad wo/man until the page that gives you the URL code comes up to show that you got it*
you: got it!
me: yay!

There is always a risk of losing the egg/hatchling though, due to imperfect timing of the dropper and picker-upper, or due to lag, or just becuase someone else has a super fast connection and snags it from the AP for the millisecond it will show up there before it gets picked up.

But that's how you do it. :)
