It varies depending on how many views, unique views, and clicks you have.

Usually, it happens between the time they have 4 days left and when they have 3 days left.

If it hasn't gendered by the time 2 days left hits; post it to an ER.

the stages are:
-Egg (with I think 5 different cracked stages)
-Hatchling (no gender)
-Hatchling (winged/ or other random small change. i.e. bigger fins, horns, blossoms, etc.) this is where they show gender
-Adult
