I've noticed some new faces 'round here - we're almost at 300 members!
I just want to remind everyone about posting - twice a day is usually a good guideline to post your sprites. Please don't post five entries in a row, edit a previous entry in this case. However, if a dragon needs help (has around 3-1/2 days to go), feel free to post every few hours or so.
since there are lots of DragonCave sprites, I do want to emphasize a few tips I've amassed since I started (Dec 08).
feel free to comment if you have questions about DragonCave, UniCreatures, and MagiStrea - those are the ones i know about.
you guys are a great comm! :D

*don't post eggs or hatchies on the first day; wait until about the 5d23h mark - you could post a link to your scroll if you wanted to. too many views can give the eggs soft shell or make a hatchie sick.there are other places to post your DragonCave sprites, other comms and fansites are listed in the userinfo, but i prefer SotiDragon the best out of all of them. :)
*post eggs under a cut until about the 3d23h mark - they have less of a chance of hatching sick.
*when they hatch or grow up is a random combination of views, unique views and the timer. clicks have nothing to do with it.
*clicks are unique views are Once-Per-Sprite. once i view and click on a sprite, i will never again be counted as a unique view or click... but i can give them all the regular views i please.
*repeated clicking is really not necessary, but i can't control itchy clicky fingers. begging for repeat clicks is just redundant.
