Are you sure the clicks count twice because you make it on two different comms or posts? As we all click on dragon cave in the end, I'm not sure if more than one click on each egg counts.

They don't, once per day per IP address as far as I understand. Unless you're like me and can sign on from two different ones (whoohoo work VPNs!)
