that looks like Emmanuelle Vaugier - who was with Sebastian in an episode of First Wave (Lungfish, 1x07). Emmanuelle was also in Supernatural (Heart, 2x17) and Covert Affairs. yeah, i'm a dork.

Sebastian was also in Supernatural (Salvation; Devil's Trap, 1x21, 1x22) =)
