Tequila, rum, Jaegermeister, beer, Absinthe, whisky, Schnapps, Baileys Irish Cream, ale, and Mike's Hard Lemonade. Only because I'm on a lemonade kick at the moment.

And yes, we should have a bar. I'll supply the alcohol if you find someone to bartend.
