That was a tough cap to use because it was so dark. It took me a lot of selective color layers to make his skin look a normal color. But honestly, he's so pretty that any icon of him looks good :)

Guessed it in one! I love my photoshop *hugs computer* I just got CS2 last month so I'm having a blast playing with all the cool coloring tools :)

Yeah...wish I could afford that one, lol. I'm kinda stuck with the GIMP, and, while it's does everything that PS does, it's not nearly as user-friendly. In short, I have no idea what I'm doing with it. I've used PS before at school, but I never had my own copy. :(

It is wicked expensive. I bought myself PS elements a few years ago that I've been using, but some of my college friends and I got a student discount on software and split the cost of CS2 between us so we could all use it. I honestly don't know how most non-photography professionals afford it for just hobby graphics like icons and such.

I've never used GIMP before, but I've heard that it's difficult to use.

Yeah, that's kind of an understatement...it's really complicated. And I don't have the time to sit down and learn how to use it. I can do some basic stuff, but that's just about it... One of these days...
