Making them really isn't that hard, just a little time consuming. I have two tutorials that I use: this one (http://community.livejournal.com/ps_elements/14528.html) is for PS elements and this other one (http://community.livejournal.com/tothemusicstore/9404.html) for CS2. I usually skip the steps on screencaps because I make my own in KMPlayer by stepping frame by frame and capping every other or every third frame depending on how much motion blur there is. Then it's just a matter of coloring, background and playback speed.
