Iheard about this last night and was like why that show could have been show I do watch but he joins the cast of a show I have never seen and dont really want to watch. Oh well maybe it wont be to bad. I just dislike soap operas

Yeah it is shocking that this would be ashoe he would join with his "policy" i guess you could call it. My househole has already said they dont care who is on it it wont be watched in this house guess i will have to get me a little tv to put on my desk.

I dont really like DH, but I might have to watch it only for Neal. One good thing is that he will get more exposure and hopefully land another show of his own.

Noooooo! I freaking hate Desperate Housewives! Neal is too good for that show! UGH! I can't imagine how they got him to sign on! Its not really in character for him, since the show is kinda trashy. I doubt he'll do any kind of love scene stuff, but that's basically what the show is about! So I don't get it! Why NEAL!???? WHY???!! I'll watch for him, but definately not regularly. :(

I do think its for exposure purposes. But there's always Law & Order!!! He could have dont that! At least those shows are awesome and always looking for new faces. :(

Well the character might be at least, though I know some of us are questioning his sanity for even signing on to the show. :)

TBH, I couldn't imagine him going for a part on DH unless he's playing a character that really interests him. I mean the man can't be that hard up for a job, he's got two movies coming out soon-ish. I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt here and trust his judgment on this one. If it's enjoyable enough role for him to take, it should be be fun for us to watch.

Same here, I believe he has reasons for taking this part. If that's his part, it sounds very interesting.

The more I think about it, the more I'm starting to get excited about seeing him on TV again each week.

Neal has said he only takes roles if the character is very interesting. So maybe he saw potential in this one. **sigh** I'm hoping it will be good. Maybe he can make the show watchable. I keep forgetting that its meant to be a comedy.

If anyone can make DH watchable, it's Neal. While I'm skeptical about it, I'm going to try to watch with an open mind. And at the very least we'll get to see our guy regularly for a while, even if we have to mute the tv when he's not onscreen. ;)

Also, I'm excited for getting new screencaps and promo pics to make graphics with!

I've been toying with the idea of watching this show. I know it's going to be bad, but it's a mega hit so... it can't be ALL bad, right? And now that Neal is going to be on I kinda need to know what's going on plot wise. Oh sigh.
