It looked like Susan to me. But she blamed Mike for not getting the brakes fixed in the first place, which she thinks may have prevented the accident. Lila didn't see the stop sign because it had been knocked over.

There's got to be some big twist that's going to come because this is all too obvious and the writers can't be that lazy...could they? o.O

I just checked the link and it worked for me. *shrugs*

It was Susan driving. Mike was thrown from the vehicle and technically, Lila ran the stop sign (even though it had fallen down). But Mike, didn't get the brakes fixed and Susan blamed him for that.

Ohhhh. That's what I get for turning the sound off every now and then. Makes you wonder if and how Dave found all that out. But yeah, I think it was Lila's fault, technically. No wonder Neal took the role, it is pretty sad and intense.
