It was mentioned here awhile ago and apparently Ruve is pregnant. :D

This is a sure sign that Ruve is pregnant. Neal did this a lot in the past during her pregnancies.

Here he has three fingers on her stomach. When Ruve was pregnant with Cate, he had two fingers on her stomach. Yep, I'd say she's pregnant.

Oooh, congrats, and good luck - I've got 2 and I couldn't IMAGINE having a third (mind you, I also don't have $1000s to have someone clean my house, hire a personal trainer etc,etc, so I imagine that it might be a bit easier with all those things to help...)
