mod post ~ new header contest!

i like mine 800, 825 or 850x275 or 300 actually.

but. i want to include everyone on here already (Nick, Angel, Spike, Mick, Josef and Henry), and i want to add Bill (True Blood) and Edward.

and - i don't want it to look totally cluttered, cause that's 8 pics.

so, i'm hoping there's some talented members in the comm who could pull something like this off! i've seen some awesome artwork around LJ, and thought i could open the suggestion to the members of this comm - and beyond. this post is a public post, but comments are screened for fairness. Please put your submissions in the comments of this post.

here's my contest - design a banner for the community:

*800-900px in width; 250-300px in height. (sorry, i don't like the 500px deep headers. eww.)
*should have at least the vamps listed above. if you can fit more in, more power to you.
*should go with the colors of the comm, i'm quite fond of them; but i'd like to be able to see who's IN the pics
*it should have the comm's name, "It's in the Blood" or "its_inthe_blood @ lj", "its_inthe_blood @ livejournal", or something to that effect.
*winners get to see their banner at the top of the comm and credited in the userinfo
*the contest will close November 30th December 7th at 9 p.m. Eastern Time.

It's too bad no one else submitted a banner. It's good to have competition.

actually, i'm curious about your pic of Nick. it looks more like Nathanson with fangs.... if you happened to have a more Nick-looking one, that would be awesome. :D

I actually had a hard time fining hood quality cap from "Forever Knight" or even any promo shots. If you know where I could find some I would be happy to change it

there's also some caps S1 at my FK S1 tag (http://trystan830.livejournal.com/tag/fk+s1); i've iconned some, so something might work.

Nick is very good! :D but i liked the one based on vampbana2.jpg, not 2c, which this one seems to be. i think it's the border....

OK, I'm confused I sent you 2 one with white around the edges and one without white. I'm not sure what the one you liked looked like, especially since I did not save the psd of the one with white around the edges and had to kind of "remember" how I did it. I'm sorry it is not quite the same, but I hope it is OK?
