It looks sort of Cedar Covey, but he looks a little more filled out here than he does on the show. At one point, I thought he'd gotten too much on the thin side.

He did look a little too thin in a couple shots I've seen--he's got a good size frame, so he looks good filled out a bit. Very, very good...;-)

Sebastian's looking hot from the movie, A Mother's Nightmare. They only showed Sebastian Twice in the flick.
I wished that they would show more of him. I have seen movie about ten times to see Him. Great post story Fan.

I think it might be from A Mother's Nightmare. It was a Lifetime movie. He didn't have a lot of screen time, but I think this scene was from that, when he was meeting with his ex-wife to talk about their kid or something.
